Emily Tuteur is a product designer and experience strategist based in Denver, Colorado, with 10+ years of experience designing across physical products, digital tools, and learning programs, often all three at once.
She got her master's in industrial design at RISD and spent the following decade in the startup world, growing with ed-tech company littleBits from early employee to Director of Product Design. There she led the design of award-winning STEM inventor kits in partnership with Disney and Marvel, reaching over 6 million kids worldwide. Since then she has worked across enterprise software at Oracle, consumer streaming at Sling TV, and new product development at Makey Makey.
Her work lives at the intersection of product, service, and systems thinking. She is most drawn to challenges where the goal isn't just designing a physical product or a screen, but figuring out how the whole experience holds together for everyone involved.
Outside of work she loves hiking, camping, traveling, experiencing interactive art, and making things.
